      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure alignment with national healthcare quality standards
      - Manage project workflows and trackers to keep multi-market initiatives on schedule
      - Navigate payer portals and external platforms to retrieve and organize reports for performance reviews
      - Interpret complex data sets to convey insights that impact patient care
      - Collaborate with leadership to drive operational improvements based on data analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 3+ years in a professional office or healthcare operations environment managing KPIs or project timelines
      - Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and a high curiosity to learn SQL and Python

      - Experience in healthcare analytics or clinical operations
      - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
