      Position Overview

      I am seeking an Operations Knowledge Specialist to join our Business Operations (BizOps) team. This role is responsible for owning and maintaining the organization's operational knowledge base, ensuring all processes, onboarding materials, and training documentation are accurate, accessible, and aligned with company standards.

      This position plays a critical role in driving operational consistency and efficiency by maintaining high-quality documentation, improving usability, and supporting onboarding and training across Data Center Operations (DCO), Data Center Infrastructure (DCI), and other business units.

      The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and skilled at translating complex operational concepts into clear, well-structured, and visually effective documentation within SharePoint.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Knowledge Base Ownership

      Own and manage the organization's knowledge base within SharePoint, establishing it as the single source of truth for operational processes and training materials

      Maintain and continuously improve process documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles

      Ensure all documentation is clear, consistent, visually effective, and aligned with operational standards

      Implement and enforce documentation structure, formatting, and version control

      Onboarding & Training Documentation

      Develop and maintain onboarding programs and training materials for operations teams

      Ensure training content reflects current processes, tools, and expectations

      Support "train-the-trainer" initiatives and knowledge transfer across teams

      Continuously refine content to improve clarity, usability, and team readiness

      Process Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

      Review and update existing workflows and documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance

      Identify gaps or inconsistencies in processes and partner with stakeholders to resolve them

      Maintain a regular review cadence to keep documentation aligned with evolving operational needs

      Support initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability

      Technology & SharePoint Management

      Own and manage the SharePoint-based knowledge platform, ensuring content is organized, accessible, and user-friendly

      Leverage tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance workflows and usability

      Support light automation and workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

      Ensure knowledge tools integrate effectively with existing systems and processes

      Cross-Functional Collaboration

      Partner with DCO, DCI, Compliance, Engineering, and other teams to gather, validate, and maintain accurate process documentation

      Act as a bridge between technical teams and operations to ensure content is practical and easy to understand

      Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve documentation and training materials

      Compliance & Operational Alignment

      Ensure all documentation aligns with data center operational standards and compliance requirements

      Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and well-documented processes

      Incorporate regulatory, safety, and operational requirements into all documentation

      Qualifications:

      Required

      Strong understanding of data center operations, processes, and compliance requirements

      Experience developing and maintaining process documentation or knowledge bases

      Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, user-friendly, and visually effective documentation

      Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and consistency

      Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively at all levels

      Preferred

      Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for knowledgebase or content management

      Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or other workflow automation tools

      Experience supporting onboarding programs and training development

      Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)

      Certifications (Recommended)

      Experience with or ability to obtain the following certifications is strongly preferred:

      Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

      Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
