      JOB SUMMARY:

      This is an OPS position within the Department of Revenue’s Information Services Program, working on the Production Services team based in Tallahassee, FL. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and manage batch processing operations in support of the Child Support Program, utilizing the OpCon workload automation software. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

      • Creating and scheduling batch jobs
      • Monitoring job execution and triaging failures
      • Reviewing and processing user service requests
      • Performing quality assurance checks on printed forms
      • Additional responsibilities may include providing after-hours support for critical batch processing and delivering materials or documents to internal customers as needed

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      • General computer experience
      • A minimum of one (1) year of data processing experience (excluding data entry) OR batch job operations experience
      • Two (2) years of customer service
      • Valid FL driver’s license

      PREFERENCES:

      • Ability to work alternate hours

      SPECIAL NOTES:

      • Position is located in Tallahassee at the Huntley Park location.
      • This position is ineligible for telework.
      • Work hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM), Monday - Friday.
      • This position requires occasional coverage for alternate shifts.
      • This position requires lifting (up to 35 lbs) with or without assistance.

      SALARY: $16.75 / hourly
