  Position Summary
  An indispensable role... Huron clients approach us with a unique set of challenges. Our Consultants play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Consultant can expect to spend their time follows: 80% will be allocated to material client interaction through all project phases, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification of the "so-what's" therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations and; 20% will be spent developing Analysts and coachees when assigned, participating in practice development and, carrying out routine administrative tasks.   - Functional implementation experience leading full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations (Oracle R12) or Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Services (OSMC) and/or Order Management Cloud.
  - Project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Oracle Cloud ERP offerings including Financials, Purchasing, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Supply Chain Management, and/or Accounting Hub
  - Experience as a functional application specialist
  - Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
  - The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
  - The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
  - Strong analytical skills used to translate information from meetings into documentation that can be shared with meeting participants and project teams
  - A desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  - Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  - Willingness to travel up to 50% post pandemic.
  
  The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $147,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
