What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to implement OT cybersecurity practices across various sites
- Manage Secure Remote Access (SRA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for critical OT environments
- Perform vulnerability assessments on OT assets and coordinate remediation efforts with cross-functional teams
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments of products and technologies for data center operations
- Research and develop operational defensive tactics and procedures for detecting and responding to cyber threats
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity
- Hands-on experience deploying and configuring OT security solutions in an operational technology environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or 4 additional years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and protocols for ICS/OT environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on timely and transparent communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP)
- Security Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or CISM
- Experience in data center environments
- Familiarity with NIST guidelines and frameworks
- Certifications related to cybersecurity defense architectures
