What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
- Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus)
- Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Fluid Power sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data management
- Strong technical knowledge of fluid power systems
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
