      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth for PCMO products throughout the Northeast U.S. by building relationships with repair shops and distributors
      - Identify and onboard new business opportunities with repair shops, fleet operators, and municipalities
      - Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the employer's national objectives
      - Represent the employer at key industry events and deliver product training to customers
      - Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-8 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket, preferably in lubricants and oil
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
      - Deep understanding of lubricant products and applications in the automotive segment
      - Proven history of autonomous field work, including identifying prospects and conducting shop visits
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM tools (Zoho), sales reporting (Power BI), and ERP systems (SAP)
      - High degree of autonomy and organization with the ability to prioritize effectively across a wide territory
      - Willingness to travel frequently up to 70% of the time
      - Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
