      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage an existing territory while developing new business opportunities
      - Develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites including refineries and chemical plants
      - Grow market share through cross-selling and upgrading critical flow control products
      - Conduct regular site visits and lead customer meetings to identify maintenance and project opportunities
      - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business
      - Selling experience in industrial environments
      - Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge in flow control
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of valves and automation preferred

      - Background in the technical/flow control industry, including valves, instrumentation, and pumps
      - Strategic, organized, and technologically savvy approach to territory management
      - Experience in managing a sales territory effectively
