What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize excellent communication and networking skills to nurture customer relationships and drive sales growth
- Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations for effective heating solution design
- Manage various aspects of the order cycle, including order entry and material returns authorizations
- Assist in reclaiming previous business while managing and growing sales within a defined customer list
- Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and contribute to business development strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or within the service industry
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees considered
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
