  NOW HIRING: OVERHEAD CRANE OPERATOR — $25–$27/HR

  What You’ll Do

  Become a key player in our production flow by handling materials and supporting machine operations. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Unloading semis and staging incoming products
  • Handling sheet metal after it’s cut to length
  • Supporting machine operators with material movement
  • Learning to run cut-to-length lines and plasma cutting equipment

  You’ll start with material handling and grow into operating advanced machinery as your confidence builds.

  What You Bring

  We’re looking for someone who’s ready to work hard, learn fast, and grow with us:

  • Experience operating overhead cranes (big plus)
  • Strong material handling and inventory skills
  • At least one year in a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
  • Bonus: Experience in sheet metal production or order picking

  Work Environment

  You’ll be working inside a massive industrial warehouse originally built for constructing warships — rugged, spacious, and built to last.

  • Protected from the elements, but temperatures vary with the seasons
  • Full-time schedule:
    • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
    • 2nd Shift: 2:20 PM – 12:50 AM
  • Off-shift employees train on 1st shift for up to one month
  • Safety training completed on day one
  • Required: Steel toe boots with non-detachable metatarsal guards
  • Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + one 30-minute unpaid lunch

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MN.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.05/hr.
