**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Prepare, process, review, and monitor insurance documents, ensuring compliance with quoted coverages
- Collect and manage client specification data and respond to routine inquiries
- Set up new clients and maintain ongoing client records in the agency management system
- Process premium finance agreements, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed
- Monitor daily electronic downloads and manage policy documentation
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with knowledge of P&C insurance preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong telephone demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in employee benefits in addition to P&C insurance
- Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer license in good standing
