      What you bring to the table

      • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in progress (you must be actively enrolled in a post-secondary program and remain a full-time student for the full one-year term of the 2026–2027 contract)

      • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer service

      • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

      • Knowledge of French is required

      • For certain positions, Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

      • Start date varies based on opportunities, between May and June 2026, with paid training beginning on your first day

      • Part-time hours: During the school year (September to May), a minimum of 14 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays

      • Full-time schedule: 35 hours per week during the summer, holiday season, spring break or as needed; you must be available during these periods
