- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client profiles and ensure timely communication
- Ensure adherence to best practices for client service and project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience in Minnesota business and real estate
- Availability during business hours as agreed upon with clients
- Reliable home internet and computer setup
- Remote work experience preferred
- Knowledge of Minnesota statutory forms used for deed work

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with WealthCounsel for business document drafting
- Familiarity with agricultural clients and industry-specific documents
- Understanding of VPN server access for file sharing and remote work
