      PepsiCo Foods Canada has current openings for a Part Time LASR Driver at our Distribution Centre in Brampton

      Compensation: $28.70/hr

      This is a part time position which will require availability on weekdays as well as weekends


      Responsibilities

      • Conducting pre/post-trip truck inspections to ensure proper and safe handling conditions
      • I nvolved in preparing daily route trucks with accurate product selection following pre-printed pick sheets
      • Verifying order accuracy prior to delivery
      • Safely transporting product to and from a specified location, in a pre-determined sequence
      • Loading and unloading product to and from box trucks
      • Completing required paperwork (Daily driver logs, Signature of Receipts, etc.)
      • Verifying and retrieving all carton returns, product returns, and other return items
      • Sort, tie and stack cardboard, as well as conduct physical inventories as required
      • Interacting with customers, sales team, and warehouse personnel on a daily basi s
      • Ability to deliver business results by meeting and exceeding target goals
      • Complying with all DOT and NSC regulations

      Qualifications

      • Valid G Class Driver’s License with a c lean driver’s abstract
      • Experience with a 5-ton vehicle considered an asset
      • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
      • Strong problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      • Ability to complete routes safely in all weather conditions
      • Ability to handle high-pressure situations
