      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Grade weekly discussion posts and biweekly reflection assignments using a provided grading rubric
      - Communicate constructive feedback to students on their submissions
      - Provide regular status updates to the instructor regarding student progress
      - Track assignment extensions and other necessary administrative tasks
      - Participate in online meetings with the instructor to discuss grading criteria and address questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
      - Strong communication skills
      - Experience with Canvas is preferred
      - Willingness to undergo background checks, including PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a related educational role
      - Familiarity with food science topics and curriculum
      - Strong organizational skills to manage grading and communication effectively
