      Partner Operations Manager – Malaysia

      Job Family Summary:

      The Partner Operations Manager ensures an efficient way of working between Philips and its Partners. This role supports the Partner Account Managers by managing the operational related activities in the Partner business domain throughout the lifetime of the Partner relation.

      The Partner operations Manager also covers both the commercial as well as the service-related operational activities and aligns internally with relevant stakeholders/ functions.

      This role is an Individual Contributor and will directly report to the Partner Operations Leader based in Singapore.

      You are responsible for:

      • Support the commercial & marketing teams in the creation and execution of Partner Joint Business Plan
      • Train and Support Partners and/or Market stakeholders on relevant Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools
      • Monitor and improve sales and service process performance and adherence thereof (including DDP process, contract management process and administration of business criteria)
      • Ensure relevant Partner data and contract templates are timely and up to date in the Philips systems/ tools (includes aligned cooperation with legal function and central contract management team)
      • Manage and drive quotation process, order-booking and supply related activities as basis to an efficient order fulfillment process
      • Ensure end-customer IB registration per order; own the IB Visibility process

      You're the right fit if:

      • Minimum 5 years of related experience in healthcare (medical devices, medical consumables, pharmaceuticals etc.) or FMCG preferred
      • Strong experience in working with Channel Partners and Distributors from an operational standpoint
      • Process-Oriented with Strong Problem-Solving Skills
      • Collaborative with a professional presence that influences desired results with both external and internal stakeholders
      • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
      • Excellent planning and organizational, project management and time management skills
      • Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
      • Positive, structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.
      • Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
