What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach with 50+ cold calls per day, along with targeted email and social media engagement
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for potential partners
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to articulate the value proposition to business owners and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and prospect interactions for effective pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and achieve sales quotas
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in high-volume outbound roles, managing the full sales cycle
- Proven track record of customer interaction and consistently exceeding sales or conversion quotas
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in phone and virtual presentations
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of daily tasks
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
