What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments for all patients in an accurate and professional manner
- Register new patients by obtaining demographics and insurance information
- Handle requests for add-on appointments according to physician protocols
- Update insurance and verify personal information for established patients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of calls
- Intermediate data entry skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a high-volume call center
- Familiarity with Athena EMR
