      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain and register all new patient demographics, insurance information, and sources of referral in the computer system
      - Handle scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols
      - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
      - Confirm and update patient information from prior visits as needed
      - Perform all other duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a high school graduate
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment
      - Experience in registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is helpful
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a high call volume environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical or orthopedic setting
      - Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems and proficient typing skills
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
