      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to a high volume of appointment requests via calls, emails, and work queues
      - Schedule patient appointments while providing necessary pre-visit instructions
      - Document and distribute clinical messages and inquiries promptly to relevant staff
      - Handle inquiries regarding insurance, services, and office logistics
      - Accept and document referrals, ensuring accurate information entry for follow-up

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED preferred
      - At least 2 years of experience in a medical office or call center
      - Entry-level computer skills as required by the department
      - Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
      - Accurate data entry skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting or similar role
      - Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes
      - Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in specific software used by the employer
