What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls for various departments, providing front-line customer service to patients, physicians, and staff
- Schedule and coordinate simple and complex patient appointments for respective clinics
- Prioritize patient problems and provide appropriate patient instructions
- Clear and effective communication in a welcoming and approachable manner
- Ensure positive outcomes for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a medical, fast-paced retail, or other business environment
- Strongly preferred experience in a healthcare call center assisting with scheduling in a medical office
- EPIC experience preferred
