What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, develop, and implement action plans to arrange payment of outstanding balances
- Perform account analysis and educate guarantors on payment issues
- Assist guarantors with minimal or no insurance coverage to maximize prompt payment
- Process computer generated bills and initiate collection activities
- Receive and respond to patient inquiries in person or by telephone
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Preferred: Associates degree in Business or a related field
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, handle, see, and hear as needed
- Lift up to 20 pounds and carry light objects
- Driving Requirement: Infrequent Driver

- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service role
