      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct patient assessments to identify candidates for potential admission into the employer's hospitals
      - Maintain positive relationships with current referral sources and coordinate communication of clinical information
      - Provide excellent customer service and conduct comprehensive clinical assessments
      - Proactively market services and educate referral sources about the employer's offerings
      - Expand the referral stream and improve community relationships to support patient admissions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
      - Current, valid, and active driver's license
      - Three (3) years of treatment experience in an acute care setting
      - Strong customer service skills and commitment to service excellence
      - Ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and communicate clinical information professionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous clinical screening experience
      - Recent healthcare experience in an acute care hospital or rehabilitation hospital setting
      - Knowledge of the local medical community
      - Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
      - Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
