What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
- Conduct phone-based pre-screening interviews to assess eligibility for clinical trials
- Provide detailed information about studies and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule onsite screening visits for qualified patients within established guidelines
- Maintain compliance with standardized patient enrollment processes and HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
- At least 1 year of inbound/outbound call center or public-facing customer service experience required
- Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT is strongly preferred
- Highly developed communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and utilize new software and technology effectively

- Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or familiarity with medical terminology
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex information clearly to the public
