What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing business to meet sales quotas
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls to assess client needs and present tailored HR solutions
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and submit qualified lead referrals for additional products
- Utilize technology tools to track sales activities and forecast outcomes
- Maintain a positive representation of the employer to clients and the community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma is required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or sales management experience, or equivalent education and experience
- Strong ability to conduct discovery calls and present solutions to clients
- Familiarity with technology tools for tracking sales activities

- Experience in HR technology or services sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
