- Payment Processing: Ensure all payments to participants are processed accurately and on time. Monitor payment schedules and deadlines to prevent delays.
- Error Resolution: Identify and address any errors in payment processing. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Process Improvement: Analyze payment processes to identify areas for improvement. Implement learnings from past errors to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions. Prepare regular reports on payment activities and issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with participants and stakeholders regarding payment status and any issues. Provide clear and timely updates on payment resolutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all payment activities comply with relevant regulations and policies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment processing.
- Bachelor's degree in business or financial studies.
- Proven experience in payment processing or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in payment processing systems and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
