As a Payments Sales Analyst within Corporate sales, you will provide dedicated support to Sales Executives and the local coverage team—partnering with Treasury Services, Corporate Banking, and cross‑functional colleagues to maintain and develop global client relationships. You will coordinate pipeline and management reporting, prepare market and financial analyses and client materials (proposals, pitch books, presentations), serve as a reliable backup point of contact for client queries, and facilitate end‑to‑end deal execution by coordinating implementation and ensuring smooth onboarding and KYC.

      • Support Sales Executives in achieving new business goals, including the annual sales plan, by identifying opportunities and developing approach and call plans with existing and prospective clients.
      • Act as the official backup to Sales Executives for client queries; support the team with ad hoc projects and analyses; ensure clients receive agreed services.
      • Manage the opportunity pipeline, analyse and update revenue and pipeline data, deliver monthly reports to senior management, and support the team in organising client forums and hospitality events.
      • Develop compelling financial and market analyses to support new‑business proposals while staying curious about payments innovation, industry trends, and the evolving regulatory environment.
      • Prepare and review marketing materials (client proposals, pitch books, presentations, slip sheets) with Sales Executives, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
      • Own the end‑to‑end deal management process and support the team in managing client onboarding and KYC responsibilities.
      • Collaborate with the global Sales partners, Implementation, Product, and Client Service to collate accurate information and kick off deal implementation.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Experience in payments, transaction banking, corporate banking, or a sales support/analytical role
      • Foundational understanding of Payments / treasury payments
      • Ability to build and interpret financial analyses in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts) and translate insights into clear recommendations and management reports.
      • Strong written and verbal skills; able to draft proposals and presentations and engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross‑functional tasks (global sales partners, Implementation, Product, Client Service).
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Relevant experience in Payments/Treasury Services/Cash Management
      • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with CRM/reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce)

      • Proven ability to build and develop relationships
      • Superb attention to detail and time management skills
      • Understanding of Compliance and KYC processes
