- Provide essential health care services in patients' residences with compassion and professionalism
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily activities
- Monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and support physical therapies
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enrich patients' lives
- Transport and accompany patients to medical appointments as needed
