      Job summary

      We are seeking aPeople and Culture Administrator (Band 3) to join our Business Partnering Team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. This role is key to providing high-quality administrative support across our People and Culture function, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes and excellent service to our stakeholders.

      You will be the first point of contact for routine HR queries, support formal hearings and appeals, and maintain accurate records and HR systems. If you are organised, digitally confident, and passionate about supporting people-focused services, we would love to hear from you.

      Main duties of the job

      • Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture Business Partnering team.
      • Organise and administer formal hearings and appeals, including note-taking and preparing information packs.
      • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and triage enquiries appropriately.
      • Support the Job Evaluation process and maintain robust records.
      • Assist with FOI requests and other data-related tasks.
      • Maintain and update the HR intranet site, ensuring policies and documentation are current.
      • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.
      • Ensure accurate use of HR systems and databases for data storage, retrieval, and reporting.
      • Work collaboratively across the People and Culture directorate to enhance service delivery.
      • Uphold Trust values (Team, Accountable, Learn and Improve, Kind) in all interactions.
