      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive implementation and governance of employment compliance programs, including immigration and regulatory reporting
      - Oversee immigration processes and maintain global HR handbooks to ensure compliance with local laws
      - Ensure audit readiness for EEO-1, VETS, BLS, and other regulatory filings
      - Lead HR audit programs and develop SOPs to foster a culture of continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data reporting for enhanced compliance efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, risk management, or immigration
      - Proven experience managing high-volume, regulated HR processes and third-party vendors
      - Strong knowledge of US federal/state laws, with familiarity with EMEA and APAC regulations
      - Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, to drive compliance
      - Track record of managing external audits and overseeing Affirmative Action Plans (AAP)
