- Job purpose: the People Data Specialist is a driving force and coordinator of Data quality, Analytics, Systems and Performance and Succession Management processes and tools. The People Data Specialist makes sure these topics are organised efficient and effectively. The People Data Specialist makes sure that the Head Office L&PD Team and People Business Partners (PBP’s) are guided and advised in running these processes smoothly and are supported by tools, materials and guidelines. The People Data Specialist brings in ideas for improvement and efficiency regarding the processes, collaborates with their counterparts in People Operations and the Global team and leads and/or is involved as SME in projects.
- Reports to: Manager Learning & People Development
- HR Data & Analytics: You are continuously improving the HR Analytics capability of Head Office HR, locating opportunities, and collaborating with the Data & Analytics Specialist in People Operations to run improvement projects, for instance on correctness of data. Together you train and advise Head Office HR in the use of available HR Analytics tools and in data driven decision making. You are the owner of People data, dashboards and KPI’s for Head Office and you explore the data pro-actively to provide actionable insights. You are the data liaison for stakeholders outside the Head Office People Function: Finance, Privacy office and Global People.
- HR Systems: You increase user friendliness and functionality of HR systems by collecting feedback from the People Business Partners and providing feedback to the HR system owners. You support and/or lead roll out of new modules. You connect with People Operations for smooth start and continuous alignment on current processes. You align with PO on key learning themes to build the Head Office People teams’ capabilities of using HR systems.
- Climate: You d rive the annual climate survey process supported by, and within the guidelines of Global Talent & Leadership. You advise the PBP’s how to get the most out of the Climate results and you provide them with tools, advise and materials to improve climate in the area of their responsibility. You continuously increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the climate survey and outcomes.
- Performance and Succession Management : You drive the annual Head office performance and succession management processes and continuously increase their effectiveness and efficiency, i.e. by providing the PBP’s with advice, tools, materials and guidelines and by building the capabilities of the Head office population.
- Education: Bachelor/Master degree
- Work experience: 3 – 5 years. Relevant experience as a consultant or an HR professional. Data and dashboarding knowledge preferred (business insights, digital/data advocate) or have an affinity with and a feeling for systems and data.
- Languages : Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Communication skills : Ability to connect and gain trust as the expert on the aforementioned topics. Manages relationships with stakeholders (with conflicting interest) on tactical level. Communicates through understanding the need of the customer, influencing and/or serving others and requires more than facts to win arguments and influence others.
- Other skills : Excellent communication skills, both written as well as verbal. Takes ownership and responsibility.
