What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee HR/People Systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement system improvements
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Handle day-to-day People Ops inquiries and maintain compliance for employee records
- Automate manual tasks and build new processes, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics and support compliance initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations
- Proven experience with HR systems; familiarity with UKG Ready is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with HR compliance, policy, and reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and build trust with employees

- Comfort with presenting and facilitating training sessions
- Curiosity about leveraging automation and AI tools in HR processes
