What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner on analytics initiatives to improve the effectiveness and quality of hiring
- Monitor and analyze core Talent Acquisition metrics, identifying trends in performance
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable insights
- Conduct independent investigations to answer complex business questions using data forensics
- Uphold high standards for data quality by validating data and contributing to shared data tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in an analytical or quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in an HR-focused, stakeholder-facing Data Analytics role
- At least 1 year of experience focusing on Recruiting/Talent Acquisition insights
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and communicate actionable recommendations
- Fluency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with statistical tools like R or Python
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional technical skills such as Tableau, R, or Python
- Strong executive presence and verbal presentation skills
