Responsible for professional, medical treatment of students, and occasional staff.
- Maintain clinical records via electronic medical record.

Perform hearing, vision, and other health screenings

Develop care plans for students with ongoing conditions

Consult with teachers, school administrators, and other school staff regarding student care

Administer medication

Monitor and maintain student immunization, clinical, and other health records.

Educate students and staff on health procedures

Coordinates appointments off-campus.

Provides emergency aid to students and school staff.

Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN

Knowledge of many areas of health including mental health

Ability to work independently or with others

Ability to communicate well with others

Ability to assess situations and act quickly

Ability to multitask

Impeccable organizational skills

Able to establish rapport with students and their parents

A driver's license is required for student transport is highly desirable.

Full Job Description
Dublin School, an intentionally small 9-12 co-ed college preparatory boarding school located in beautiful, rural southwestern NH, seeks a School Nurse to join our community. Dublin serves approximately 165 students each year. Approximately 110 are full-time boarding students, and 55 are local day students.
The School Nurse (RN or LRN) will treat students for medical issues, help prevent physical issues and disease, and coordinate routine health assessments.
