- Clinical Excellence: Execute Medication Administration and Treatments as per the Plan of Care.
- Patient Advocacy: Monitor patients closely, providing detailed condition reports.
- Precision in Documentation: Maintain accurate records in alignment with provided orders.
- Valid NYS Nursing License: Your ticket to making a meaningful impact.
- Documentation Ready: Government ID, Social Security Card, Work Authorization.
- Professionalism: Present 2 reference letters and recent physical examination results.
- Health Assurance: Complete TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred) and Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work.
