      Position Information

      Beekman 1802 is hiring a fully-remote Performance Marketing Manager/Sr Manager to strategize and execute our paid campaigns across all platforms, in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders.

      Requirements:

      • 3-6 years experience helping manage the conversion funnel (from strategy to execution) with demonstrated experience improving conversion rate, CAC, aMER, and overall revenue
      • Previous Shopify experience required
      • CPG or beauty experience not required but is a plus
      • Basic A/B testing experience; focused on developing, structuring, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on tests
      • Passionate about data, analysis, and reporting to find efficiencies at a granular level, as well as to take a step back and identify trends and insights to capitalize on

      Responsibilities


      Responsibilities:

      • Lead day-to-day operations of $5M+ paid campaigns across multiple platforms (including but not limited to Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, CTV, Display, Paid Influencer, Affiliates) with support of expert agencies
      • Manage end-to-end ad funnel from creative to media placement to landing page building, testing & optimization
      • Partner with Creative, Merchandizing, Site Development, Customer Service, and Lifecycle Marketing to build sustainable new customer acquisition engine for Beekman 1802 to deliver new customers
      • Support SEO efforts in conjunction with Site lead
      • Develop A/B testing roadmap to improve main KPIs across all campaigns
      • Report out weekly and monthly performance to the Digital Team to analyze cross-platform performance and hit ecommerce goals
      • Optimize paid conversion rate (CRO) across D2C site & app
