Job Description

- Generate insights to gather business opportunities based on performance of the Australian business.
- Responsible for collecting the forecast of traffic of the different marketing areas to create a unified view of the future performance of traffic – reviewing and challenging the targets of the different areas.
- Support the different areas of marketing (Digital, CRM & Contact Centre) in the creation of their forecast.
- Support the REX team in developing the forecast of sales of the company.
- Prepare presentations of the LT and the Regional team to report current performance and expected forecast. Daily monitoring of the traffic and sales
- Daily monitoring of the traffic results of the different marketing areas and update of the traffic per channel.
- Deep analysis of root causes of deviations vs daily forecast and propose corrective actions.
- Suggest corrective actions to the different marketing areas (crucial support for the Contact Centre Manager).
- Properly engage the marketing functions on planning and assessing the actions to achieve agreed targets.
- Point of reference between Sales, Rex and IT to secure marketing data that is fully reliable in the system (crucial in process of system migration/mergers).
- Creates reports to improve business control.
- Responsible for controlling the marketing investments, maximizing the ROI of the overall marketing investments.
- Responsible for reviewing the actual investments and forecast of investments with finance/controlling team.
- Undergraduate or Master’s in Marketing or Business Management
- Experience working in a multi-country matrix environment
- Experience in marketing performance analysis and BI
- Experience in reporting to senior level (executive summaries)
- Strong analytical capability
- Results oriented – commitment to targets.
- Presentation skills - ability to translate complex analysis into key simple insights
- Business-oriented strategic vision
- Stakeholder management (local & global)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-cantered approach

Position Purpose
The Performance Marketing Manager’s objective is to secure and maximize Amplifon, Attune and Bay marketing investments and control the daily performance of the business to support the Marketing Director (and the local leadership) in taking the decisions to match the agreed targets of traffic.
