      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the Founder's workflow by owning the calendar, prepping for meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups
      - Triage various tasks and messages to help prioritize urgent vs. important items
      - Act as the Founder's operational extension by coordinating calls, organizing internal priorities, and advancing key projects
      - Take on unstructured tasks and efficiently find solutions to complete them
      - Identify gaps and remove blockers proactively to prevent potential issues from escalating

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant, chief of staff, or operations role in a startup or fast-paced environment
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to streamline complex tasks
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent someone else's voice
      - Proficiency with technology and a resourceful approach to learning new tools
      - High emotional intelligence and discretion in managing relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with founders or C-level executives
      - Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Discord, Google Workspace, Airtable, and lightweight project management applications
      - Interest in startups, investing, alternative markets, or behavioral strategy
