Job summary
We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Phlebotomistto join our organisation. This is a key role within the Nursing Team, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care across our practices. The post holder will work across multiple sites and must be adaptable, reliable, and patient-focused.

About us
Our organsational family consists of 30 plus clinical staff members who work closely alongside our team of 30 administrative staff. With our own PCN status we comprise of 5 surgeries; Buckshaw Village, Adlington Medical Centre, Eaves Lane, Croston Medical Centre and finally The Village Surgery at Lostock Hall. The patient list size is combined at just above 23,000 and still growing rapidly. Job responsibilities
The post holder works under indirect supervision of the nurse manager and undertakes task and duties delegated by the practice nurse team leader or a suitably qualified regulated professional. They will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures while providing utmost patient care in their phlebotomy clinics.
Phlebotomy clinics operate from all sites. Clinics can be busy, therefore the ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care is essential.
The post holder will work across multiple sites and will be required to undertake a number of home visits as part of the role.
