- Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals.
- Collaborate with patients to design and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies aimed at restoring strength, function, and mobility.
- Facilitate physical therapy sessions using exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery.
- Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve therapeutic goals effectively.
- Provide guidance on exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes that support ongoing recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, coordinated approach to patient care.
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy
- Current state Physical Therapy license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current

Employment Type: Per Diem (PD/PRN)
Hours: Varied 8am to 4:30pm, 2 weekend day shift a month and part of the Holiday rotation
Location: St Joseph Medical Center – Kansas City, MO
