      Req#: 2801

Therapeutic Associates North Medford Physical Therapy is an outpatient clinic looking for a Physical Therapist to join our innovative team.

As a PT-owned organization, we are committed to supporting clinicians to provide the highest quality patient care. This means…

      • Focused 1:1 patient care
      • Realistic productivity goals
      • AI-supported charting to help shift more time back to patient interaction
      • Strong con-ed support
      • Room to deepen or expand specialty areas.
      • Profit sharing

Clinic Environment While the practice itself is well-established, the clinic is brand-new and built with clinicians in mind - spacious, fully equipped, and designed to support high-performance care. Private treatment rooms and a large dedicated gym with a turf section give clinicians the space to do their best work. The equipment list is extensive: multiple leg presses, parallel bars, cable machines, BFR, and specialty hand tools. Leadership here follows a simple principle - take care of your people so they can take care of their patients. That means individualized support and a culture where every role is treated with respect.

Growth & Learning Clinicians are encouraged to pursue the specialties that excite them, and the team reflects that through clinicians with training in Titleist performance, Driveline baseball, pelvic floor, running analysis, and more. Mentorship and peer learning are built into the culture, and CI opportunities are available for those who want to give back to the next generation of clinicians. Whether you're looking to deepen an existing specialty or explore a new one, the support and tools are there.

Patient Population The caseload centers on athletes and an active orthopedic population, vestibular, complemented by growing pelvic floor and women's health programming. Patients here are motivated and engaged. For the right candidate, the combination of sports rehab, vestibular, and pelvic floor in a single clinic offers a genuinely rare breadth of clinical experience.

Career Path to Leadership We believe in investing in our employees and their future. If you are interested in eventually running your own clinic. We offer a structured career path with unparalleled training and support to become a successful clinic leader and potentially a shareholder in the company. This allows you to have a direct impact on the direction and success of our organization, should you choose to pursue this path.
