What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a territory strategy that supports new business growth and strengthens existing relationships
- Articulate the employer's programs and services to drive provider engagement and utilization
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to source new opportunities, qualify leads, and convert referrals
- Promote and sell technology solutions to drive office adoption and improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support daily territory activity and align on pull-through efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ year of sales experience; healthcare experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and virtual meeting tools
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and support client needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Knowledge of the healthcare or PBM industry
