What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and manage the gross-to-net budget, including trade spend and returns
- Forecast gross shipments accurately to ensure budget targets are met
- Develop retail and gross sales projections in collaboration with the Key Account Director (KAD)
- Drive positive performance metrics for the Sephora dashboard, including in-stock rates and on-time purchase orders
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and execute effective sales strategies for the Sephora account
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or wholesale sales
- Experience working with Sephora is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and evaluate forecasts and metrics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with project management experience

- Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities and a general curiosity around consumer shopping behavior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage business independently and make informed decisions
