- Knowledge of the Online Registration and Identity Operating Network (ORION) and Driver License Issuance (DLI) system.

- Using the Florida Real-time Vehicle Information System (FRVIS) and the Orion System.
- Reading, applying and interpreting rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures.
- Preparing written communication, to include written policies, procedures, reports, memos, and/or correspondence.
- Conducting research for business process updates and process improvement, including process mapping and impact analysis.
- Meeting and engaging with program areas for planning, problem solving, issue resolution to create and document technical instruction and procedural updates.
- The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.
- Applicants being considered for employment will be required to submit to a fingerprint-based background investigation, which will include a check of the criminal history records of the FBI. Fingerprints and associated information/biometrics will be retained in the FBI’s Next Generation Identification (NGI) system and fingerprints may continue to be compared against fingerprints submitted to or retained by NGI.
- FLHSMV employees are paid once a month on the last workday of each month. All state employees are required to participate in the direct deposit program pursuant to s. 110.113 Florida Statutes.

Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for managing division procedures, policies and forms. Researching and gathering data, preparing organizational communications, performing impact analysis of new procedures. Responds to request from stakeholders and customers by researching current laws and/or department procedures. Responsible for clear and timely communication efficiently, ensuring technical and business needs are met.
