Job Description

- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Install and service water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping, and related systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest, professional recommendations.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and follow company processes.
- Collaborate with plumbing department team members, plumbing dispatcher, and other company team members as needed.
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Valid Indiana Journeyman or Contractor license.
- Minimum 8 years of documented plumbing experience.
- Familiarity with field software, such as Service Titan, for preparation of invoices and estimates.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional, courteous, and dependable.
