  Job Title: Licensed Commercial Plumber

  Job Description

  We are seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our team, performing residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service on every job.

  Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues.
  • Install and service water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping, and related systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest, professional recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and follow company processes.
  • Collaborate with plumbing department team members, plumbing dispatcher, and other company team members as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.

  Essential Skills

  • Valid Indiana Journeyman or Contractor license.
  • Minimum 8 years of documented plumbing experience.
  • Familiarity with field software, such as Service Titan, for preparation of invoices and estimates.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Professional, courteous, and dependable.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
