  What You’ll Be Doing

  As a Licensed Plumber, you’ll handle a mix of residential and commercial work, including:

  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
  • Installing and servicing water heaters, water softeners, fixtures, piping, and related systems
  • Performing routine maintenance and system inspections
  • Communicating clearly with customers and offering honest, professional recommendations
  • Creating invoices and estimates using field service software (ServiceTitan or similar)
  • Completing job documentation accurately and following company processes
  • Working closely with the plumbing team, dispatcher, and other company team members
  • Ensuring all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

  ✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Indiana Journeyman or Contractor Plumbing License
  • 8+ years of documented plumbing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Professional, customer‑focused attitude
  • Experience using field service software (ServiceTitan preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, and respectful on every job

  Nice to Have:

  • HVAC experience (not required)

  Job Type & Location

  This is a Permanent position based out of Mishawaka, IN.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
