What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and process talent-voiced copy for audio and video production
- Edit and clean up audio spots to ensure clarity and quality
- Perform video quality control (QC) to ensure adherence to scripts and mandatory elements
- Manage spot requests and maintain detailed documentation using project management software
- Collaborate with the Sales Department and agencies to ensure proper rotation of commercial spots
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Project Management Software (i.e., Airtable) and Audio Editing Software (i.e., Wavelab or Adobe Audition)
- Strong desire to learn about the sales operations side of podcasting
- Aptitude to excel in a high productivity role
- Ability to read and interpret operating and traffic instructions
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
