Job Description

- To ensure cleanliness of the pool at all times.
- To service all public restrooms in pool area.
- To ensure that the pool deck is serviced throughout the day.
- To provide towels and ensure rolled towels are placed on lounge chairs at the start of the day and after each guest.
- To provide information to guests about pool amenities, equipment, activities, restroom location, and food and beverage offerings.
- To assist with cleanliness of dining area at CatBird Seat, event lawn, and cabanas.
- Ensure main guest entrance to pool is neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure all floral arrangements and plants are neat with no debris in the planters.
- Ensure all ash urns throughout property are neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure water fountain and phone stations are maintained neat and clean at all times.
- To assist in resolving any guest issues.
- To assist in securing pool furniture and equipment during inclement weather.
- To assist with lobby attendant duties and other areas of housekeeping.
- To ensure that hotel, guest and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
- Complete any special projects that might be assigned.
- Report any maintenance issues or any concerns.
- Able to maintain a 4 diamond level of service.
- Able to work with Management on special projects.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors.
- Must have flexible schedule, and be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- Interior of hotel, dining room and restaurant kitchen, pool deck.
- Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.

Location
Come and join our team at this 605-room convention center hotel in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Our luxury hotel is located next to the Paycom Center(OKC Thunder), the Oklahoma Convention Center and across the street from the 70-acre Scissortail Park.
The property includes an all-day dining outlet (Seltzer's Modern Diner), an entertainment sports bar (OKC Tap House), specialty restaurant (Bob's Steak & Chop House), coffee shop (Park Grounds) and a retail outlet (RareBird Gift Shop). Additionally, guests can enjoy a Mokara Spa, fitness center and a rooftop pool and bar (CatBird Seat) complete with a fire pit, outdoor lawn and cabanas. The hotel offers 76,000 square feet of meeting and event space inclusive of a 20,000 square foot ballroom, 10,000 square foot ballroom, and a 4,200 square foot outdoor pre-function space that overlooks the park.
Job Description
An amazing opportunity to be a pivotal part of the Omni convention collection hotel. The Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is a true outdoor recreation, entertainment and culinary destination paying homage to the heritage and modern progress of the city. With 605 guest rooms and suites, the luxury hotel will showcase views of the 70-acre Scissortail Park and the downtown skyline with 75,000 square feet of meeting and event space, sports bar, specialty restaurant, coffee shop and a retail venue.
The pool attendant's role is to service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including the pool, public an associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offiice in accordance with Omni Standards.
