- Shift Schedule: Sunday-Monday: 0800-2000-0800 (Continental Rotation) (2 weeks days/2 weeks nights)

- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Be Authorized to work in Canada
- Must have valid Ontario Security Guard License

Must have Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certification(WSIB Approved)

Must have experience working with Vulnerable population
- Must be able to commute to Downtown Toronto with no onsite parking

Working Knowledge of Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act enforcement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism

Strong documentation and report-writing abilities

Computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite)

As a Dispatcher, communication is essential as you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate at a post-secondary educational institute, located at L6T 1B4.
