Responsibilities
The Director of Physician Practice Management is responsible for directing administrative and clinical services for multiple physician practice offices. Establishes standards for all physician practice locations and monitors the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance to Northside Hospital policies. Responsible for short and long range planning and implementation of the strategic direction for the practices. Responsible for the overall operations of all physician practices ensuring operation is in accordance to established standards. Develops budgets, policies and procedures to support the physician practices infrastructure.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:1. Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration preferred. 2. Minimum of five years administrative experience, including three years of experience in a healthcare organization. PREFERRED:1. Previous supervisory experience preferred. 2. Graduate degree in healthcare or business preferred.
